Our featured STAR of the Month is University of South Florida Lakeland led by Dr. Nate Thomas and Carlos Fossi.
The USFL STARS Alliance is a dynamic group who has been involved in many exciting projects! This year, STARS members' activities have included Math Genie: Teaching Math to the Visually Impaired and the STARS Math and Technology Summer Camp! This TEAM success is an energetic, hands-on group that strives to maintain consistent contact between mentors and mentees, to collaborate with faculty, to develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, and the community, and to host and attend annual workshops. For all you have done and for all you will do, congratulations, you are the STAR of the Month!
